BORTHEM is a Hong Kong incorporated import and export company. We stand between buyers and manufacturers — handling sourcing, verification, inspection and documentation — so that what was agreed is what arrives.
What we do
Trade is easy to start and hard to finish.
Finding a supplier takes an afternoon. Getting the right goods, in the right condition, with paperwork that clears customs, is the part that decides whether a shipment makes money. That is the part we take on.
We inspect before it sails
Goods are checked against the agreed specification while they are still in China: quantity, condition, markings, packing. A photographic report reaches you before the balance is released.
We prepare the documents
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and whatever else your customs broker needs. Prepared to the same standard every time, so clearance is routine rather than a negotiation.
How we are set up
A Hong Kong company, Turkish ownership
The structure is deliberate, and it is the reason counterparties on both ends can deal with us comfortably.
- Contracting and settlement run through a Hong Kong limited company — a jurisdiction and banking framework international buyers and suppliers already understand.
- Ownership and commercial direction sit in Türkiye, so requirements coming from that market are understood in their own terms, not through a translation layer.
- Enquiries, negotiation and factory communication are handled in Turkish, Chinese and English by the same people — nothing is lost being passed between agents.
- Our registration number is published on this site. Check it against the Hong Kong Companies Registry before you send us anything.
