About BORTHEM

A Hong Kong incorporated import and export company, Turkish owned, built to be the accountable party in a trade rather than another link in a chain.

The company

Who we are

BORTHEM Import and Export Limited is a Hong Kong registered trading company. We source goods from Chinese manufacturers, verify the supplier, inspect the goods before shipment and prepare the export documentation — contracting as principal ourselves rather than introducing you to somebody else.

BORTHEM Import and Export Limited was incorporated in Hong Kong on 27 August 2026 under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) to occupy that gap as a principal rather than a middleman. Contracting and settlement sit in Hong Kong; ownership and commercial direction sit in Türkiye; supplier work is done directly, in Chinese, with the factories themselves.

Our method is the same on every order, and you can check it at each step: a written brief before sourcing, a verified supplier before a deposit, an inspection report before the balance, and a complete document set before the goods sail.

How we operate

Three commitments

01

Checkable, not impressive

Our registration number and registered office are published here because we expect you to verify them.

02

One counterparty, start to finish

The person who takes your enquiry is the person who follows the production and answers for the shipment.

03

A clear no beats a vague yes

If a price is not achievable or a delivery date is not realistic, you hear it at the quotation stage.

Tell us what you need to move.

Send the specification, a sample photograph or a part number. You will get a straight answer on feasibility, cost and timing — including when the answer is no.
